Reflection High Energy Electron Diffraction (RHEED) provides information about the atomic structure of a nanomaterial as it 'grows' inside a deposition chamber. Molecular Beam Epitaxy (MBE) is a common deposition technique used to assemble high-quality nanomaterials, including semiconductors used in radar, LEDs, fiber optics, and quantum computers.
